In which locations do you service?
We service the Greater Boston area, Brockton and surrounding areas as far as Taunton, and Andover and surrounding areas as far as North Andover.
Can I stick to the same cleaner always?
Absolutely. We actually prefer to have the same team go to your home or office for every visit. This helps with efficiency and quality as the team learns your home and preferences. However, sometimes, a team member might have the day off and in those cases we'll send another team or cleaner. You can expect the same high quality service and customer service.
Do you offer recurring cleaning services?
Yes! Recurring cleaning services is what keeps your home clean and sparking all year round. We offer daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleaning services as well as custom scheduling for clients that need a bit more flexibility. We keep the same time-slot and day to keep scheduling simple.
How many cleaners will come to my house?
We operate in teams of 2 or 3 cleaners and sometimes go up to 4 depending on the schedule for the day. The standard size for teams is 2 or 3.
Do you use eco-friendly cleaning products?
Though we don't use eco-friendly products as standard practice we do offer the option to clients that prefer we use eco-friendly products in their home.
Are your cleaners trustworthy?
We hire only the best and most trustworthy staff to clean your home and train them to provide the best cleaning service. Even though we trust and have the highest of faith in our team members, it's best practice to keep your valuables in drawers or locked away for your own peace of mind.
